Andy
Huckaba –- President/CEO and founder of Finity Technologies,
Inc. Previously he served as Owner and President of the management
consulting firm Huckaba & Associates. The firm worked in the areas
of strategy and technology for companies in telecommunications, architecture,
finance, banking, manufacturing, publishing, Internet development,
advertising, healthcare and government. Client list included Sprint,
Hallmark, Yellow Freight, First USA and Bank of America. Prior to
Huckaba & Associates, Mr. Huckaba worked for Hallmark Cards where
he led the Long Range Capacity Planning area and served on the Business
Process Reengineering team in the early 1990s, documented in the book,
“Reengineering The Corporation”. Mr. Huckaba is a Past
Chairman of the Lenexa, KS Chamber of Commerce and a current City
Councilman for Lenexa, Kansas.

Doug Ballou –- Mr. Ballou's
20+ years experience and accomplishments in the advertising industry
have been integral to developing the Finity concept. A few highlights
of his recent activities include:
Kurt Gruenbacher –- Mr. Gruenbacher
served as Corporate Controller for Inergy, L.P., a $400 million propane
company, from February 2002 through May 2004. Prior to joining Inergy,
Mr. Gruenbacher served as Vice President-Finance, Chief Accounting
Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of LabOne, Inc., where
he was employed from 1988 to 2002. LabOne is the largest risk assessment
laboratory testing company in the United States. Mr. Gruenbacher is
a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant
(CMA), is Certified in Financial Management (CFM) and received his
MBA from the University of Tulsa.
Brian Newby –- Mr. Newby
has 19 years experience in telecommunications from a career at Sprint
that covered operations, sales, public relations, marketing, business
development, and strategic planning. He was a key member of Sprint's
executive team that doubled wholesale revenues from $600 million in
1996 to $1.2 billion in 1999. He also grew Sprint's Telecommunications
Relay Service from start-up to a $65 million business and market share
leader against AT&T and MCI over three-years and led teams to
obtain wholesale contracts from SBC and Verizon, which became two
of Sprint's 10 largest customers. Most recently, he was the business
division's planning point person for Sprint's restructuring as it
transformed from separate wireless and wireline divisions to business
and consumer divisions. Mr. Newby holds a Master's Degree in Public
Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Paul Morris –- Mr. Morris is
an independent consultant and investor in high technology companies.
He is Managing Director and a principal shareholder in privately held
Digital Archaeology, an enterprise analytics software company. Mr.
Morris held executive positions at Delano Technology, UtiliCorp United
and EnergyOne, LLC. Previously, Mr. Morris spent ten years in sales,
marketing, and general management in the Office Systems Division of
IBM and Exxon. He has been involved in the organization and management
of seven start-up ventures and has been personally involved in the
launch of more than forty products and services.
Bob Lozano –- Mr. Lozano, a Tsunami
Research co-founder, has been President and Chief Executive Officer
since the company's 2001 founding. An experienced entrepreneur with
a history of building successful companies, Mr. Lozano previously
founded and led PaylinX, a leader in the payment solutions market.
The award-winning PaylinX Payment Server enabled transaction processing
and control for Internet and electronic commerce applications. PaylinX
was acquired by CyberSource (NASDAQ CYBS) in July 2000. Prior to PaylinX,
Mr. Lozano was President and co-founder of Tapestry Computing, a regional
systems integrator and reseller that grew to become the 20th largest
Oracle reseller in North America. Mr. Lozano's experience includes
management positions with Southwestern Bell, Monsanto, Sandia National
Laboratories, and Intelligent Computer Systems.

Kerry Menegay - StorageTek –-
Mr. Menegay is a 23-year veteran in the technology sales and business
development marketplace, holding a variety of business development
and sales management positions throughout his career. Experienced
in channel development and direct manufacturer go-to-market strategies,
he is best known for taking complex concepts and solution sets and
condensing them into easy to understand discussions.
Previous experience includes Intelligent Electronics (channel
development), Bay Networks (IP networking), Cisco Systems (IP
networking), and Marconi Communications (Telecommunications).
Currently, Kerry is a Strategic Account Executive for Storage
Technology, a premier manufacturer of storage subsystems for large
customers.
